Mr. Jones is thoroughly knowledgeable in all areas of immigration law, having worked on countless issues related to employment and family based immigration, various immigrant and non-immigrant waivers, Extraordinary Ability petitions for artists and entertainers, Outstanding Professor/Researcher and National Interest Waiver petitions for academics and researchers, and numerous other types of immigration petitions and applications. Mr. Jones has extensive experience in handling complex employment-based immigration issues, helping companies to make difficult hires or transfers of employees from outside of the U.S.

Mr. Jones is a regular speaker at immigration law conferences, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association annual conference. Mr. Jones also frequently participates in outreach programs educating the bar and public about immigration law issues, and with pro bono immigration clinics, radio interviews, and seminars.

Mr. Jones is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, NAFSA: Association of International Educators, and is licensed through the state of Tennessee. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Jones received his J.D. from the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law, and a B.A. in Foreign Languages from the University of Memphis. He is fluent in French and Portuguese, and conversant in Spanish, German, and Russian.
